The firm, the consultant or the accountant presents the file under their own name, alone or next to aoex. aoex stays the tool that reads the published notice. It does not become the client’s adviser.
The partner’s name stays on the relationship, on validation and on submission. aoex does not sign in their place.
What aoex does
aoex reads the TED notice and the published specification. It repeats the date, the language, the visit and the platform, when the notice publishes them, and dictates what to fill in, with the passage and the page. A passage that is not found is not shown.
What the partner keeps
The partner validates the file with the client and submits it. They set their own fee. aoex does not bill that client.

Write to contact@aoex.be and name the firm and the kind of files. No card is requested.
The kit is free for now: no card and no charge. 69 € is only a possible later price for the kit, not a charge and not the partner’s fee.
